The time it takes to become a proficient player varies greatly depending on individual practice, dedication, and natural aptitude. Our structured curriculums are designed to guide you efficiently, but consistent effort is key. We focus on celebrating progress at every stage of your musical journey.

What are the schedules?

Lesson schedules are typically arranged directly with your assigned teacher to accommodate both your availability and theirs. Please contact us at revmusicacademyllc@gmail.com or [[phonenumber]] to discuss specific instrument availability and teacher schedules.

What are the requirements?

There are no strict prior experience requirements for most of our lessons. We welcome students of all levels, from complete beginners to advanced musicians. You will need to have access to your chosen instrument for practice.

Can I replace a lost lesson?

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Please contact your teacher or our administration as soon as possible to discuss options for rescheduling or making up a lost lesson. Policies may vary depending on the individual teacher's availability.

What happens if i'm late?

If you are late for a lesson, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time to avoid impacting subsequent lessons. We encourage all students to arrive a few minutes early to ensure they get the full benefit of their session and so they can start on time.

How many days can I let you know to reschedule?

We typically request at least 24-48 hours' notice for rescheduling a lesson. This allows our teachers sufficient time to adjust their schedules. Please communicate directly with your administrator regarding any rescheduling needs.

What if the program I want isn't available?

While we are continuously expanding our offerings, starting with accordion and planning to include piano, bass, bajo quinto, drums, and voice lessons, some programs may not be immediately available. Please reach out to us, and we can discuss future availability or alternative options.

What if there is wifi issues?

In the event of WiFi issues during an online lesson, please inform your teacher immediately. We will work with you to troubleshoot the issue or reschedule the remaining portion of the lesson if necessary. We recommend having a stable internet connection for the best learning experience.

What program can I use for video chat?

Our teachers typically use common and reliable video conferencing platforms for online lessons. Your teacher will inform you of the specific program they use and provide any necessary links or instructions before your first lesson.

Addressing concerns about teacher-student interactions

We understand the importance of a comfortable and safe learning environment. For parents, especially regarding teachers and students, we allow parents to attend the first five minutes of a lesson to observe and ensure their child's comfort. This also helps ensure instructor professionalism and student conduct. We take teacher misconduct very seriously and have strict policies in place to maintain a respectful and safe atmosphere for all. Any concerns should be reported immediately to revmusicacademyllc@gmail.com

How do I know my child or my own progress?

We provide feedback after every lesson, detailing what the student has learned, what they need to work on, and overall progress. This applies to both child and adult students, ensuring everyone is aware of their development and next steps.
